Minimize your fat intake.
Check the loft on your fork to make sure it doesn't cut more than it should.
Leave those loose impediments on the table.
Mulligans on meals (seconds) are not allowed.
Stay out of the cart as much as you can.
Sugar is out of bounds for the golfer.
Follow through on your plan to eat healthier.
A hacker is a golfer that can't carve a roast OR hit a golf ball.
Slice your whole grain breads thinly.
And above all, drink lots of casual water!
